Skeleten is the sultry live electronic project (think Massive Attack x Arthur Russell) of Sydney’s Russell Fitzgibbon, whose productions float effortlessly in a dubby but still upbeat kind of way, and also translate fluently to a more rowdy post-punk setting with his 4-piece live band. After cutting his teeth in Sydney, Australia’s tight-knit electronic community just as the city was forging its own identity, his symbiotic relationship with his hometown saw his career blossom in tandem with the city’s electronic coming of age.
